The Celtic Knot is the most recognised symbol in Celtic Art History. Circular Celtic Knots are regarded as Celtic symbols of unity and eternity. Celtic Knot designs are assumed to be mystic or endless and symbolise time without end. Contemporary scholars assumed however that the symbols represented basic tenants of life, mankind and spirituality. In viewing these beautiful ruanas you will see we have used a combination of two Celtic knots.
