Returns Information

We are sure you will completely thrilled with your purchase from Calzeat.com, but if for any reason you decide not to keep it our returns policy makes it easy for you to send it back to us. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging. Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason you are returning them. Please obtain proof of posting.If you do not have a returns form to hand, you can download one by clicking here. Any refunds made will be paid straight back onto your credit or debit card. Please note return delivery charges cannot be refunded if the item is deemed unsuitable, however, if there is a fault with the goods then a full refund including the delivery charge will be refunded.
